Refund policy
At Noori Shifa Khana, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every product is crafted with the highest care and quality standards. However, due to the nature of our herbal and personal care products, we maintain the following return and refund policy:
Eligibility for Returns

Products can only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to your bank/UPI/wallet. For COD orders, we will issue a bank transfer refund.
Replacement Policy

If the product is found damaged or defective, we will offer a free replacement of the same item, subject to availability.

If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
- Replacement or exchange will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days.
